What if we don't like the design?

This is very rare since we keep in regular contact with you throughout while we are building your website and solicit your comments as we go, thus allowing us to conform to your aspirations.

However, in the event that we are completely unable to satisfy you and you wish us to terminate the project, we will refund 80% of all payments received until that point. We will refund quickly and without a fuss.
