Can we change or cancel plans at any time?
Yes, there is no lock-in period. We believe that by providing a great service, few will leave us.
If you wish to upgrade/downgrade your plan, this can be done on your monthly billing date. Just email us in advance to advise us.
If you need to upgrade urgently unexpectedly, just contact us and we'll perform the upgrade immediately and you'll be billed from the next month.Back to FAQ's
