What if I get stuck and can't make it work?

Don't worry, if you contact us, we might be able to give you simple advise to get it sorted without charge or failing that you have the option to ask us to build it for you for a one-time server building fee or to ask us to work on it based on our standard support fees.

If the worse came to the worst and you decided that the whole idea was a bad one, if the server is not yet in production and you have changed your mind, we will refund the unused portion of the month that you paid for.

Before you resort to that though, you should checkout our management packages, as you might find that paying us to look after it for you might take a burden from you!
