How honest are you when it comes to my 'hours'?

We record your usage by the minute and we will usually give you an estimate of how long a task will take before we commence. If we have given an estimate and we go over the time we quoted, that will usually be for our loss.

If we perform a task which has taken longer than we expected, we will usually deduct for the time it is reasonably expected to take and we will carry the loss.
