How do I cancel?
We'll certainly be sad to see you go if you choose to leave us, but if your mind is made up, you can simply stop paying and your service will be suspended the day after your due date and deleted seven days later.
We'd appreciate an email to inform us and ideally a few words about what you liked and disliked about our service. If there is anything we can do to change your mind, you could even include that as well.
