What if I break your Terms and Conditions?
Depending on the severity of the breach, we will notify you and may also, at our discretion, terminate your account with or without notice.
It all depends on how your actions might effect other users and whether your actions were intentional or malicious. We operate in a very resonable and measured manner in all of our dealings and try not to over-react to any situation.
Where possible, we take great care to avoid causing your business downtime or loss of data, in the case of service termination. If this is the route we are planning to take, we will attempt to give you time to make a successful migration to a host which can accomodate you.
