What if my payment is late?
Chasing late payments diverts our resources from our 'paying' customers and also causes unnecessary price increases. It is for that reason that we usually suspend the services of overdue accounts within a few days after they become overdue.
We always send multiple reminders well in advance of suspension and will even try to call you if we have your number. We also send reminders upon suspension and for up to 7 days after. The VPS is deleted about 2 weeks after suspension (at our discretion) if we have not heard from you.
