Snowweb are providing solutions to customers world wide, but are particularly dedicated to serving small to medium sized businesses in the Philippines.

Our servers are located in a state-of-the-art datacenter, in the United States. They have a fast connection to the internet, with multiple redundant links. They are also equipt with backup UPS, emergency generators, fire detection and suppression systems, CCTV, biometric access control and skilled service personnel on-site 24/7. The servers are completely under our control, which ensures that we have the last say on it's configuration and maintenance, this allows us to deliver unrivalled reliability in the Philippines.

We never allow our servers to become over subscribed, so that we can guarantee that plenty of server resources and bandwidth will be available for your web applications at all times. They are continually monitored and we are alerted by SMS, email and a phonecall, if ever a problem is detected. That way, we can nearly always detect and rectify any issues, before our customers are affected.

Snowweb's Technical Support is available around the clock, by email, or by calling 02 661-2384. We are always happy to chat with our customers until their problem is diagnosed and solved for them. Our main office is also serviced by uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and a modern backup generator, in case of a brown-out.

To our Philippine customers, we always issue an official receipt, which we will either mail to you, drop it into your office, or you can collect from our office.
