• Is there a minimum time contract/commitment?
  If you subscribe on a monthly payment plan, there is no committment, beyond what you have already paid for. If you have opted for an annual plan, then on cancellation, we will refund the unused portion of your fee.
• How do I setup my email?

• Do you maintain website backups?
  We maintain full account backups which are taken once each day. This includes all files, email accounts, and data bases. In the rare event of calamity, we can instantly restore your entire account. Having said this, we operate a RAID5 storage system, which is designed to continue to run without interruption in the event of disk failure, until the faulty drive is replaced.
  
  In addition, each hosting account has an online backup utility built into the control panel, which you can use to create a snapshot of your entire account, files, settings etc, in case you make an error and need to restore.
• Can I upgrade my plan at a later date?
  We offer the flexibility of allowing clients to upgrade plans at anytime. You can purchase additional bandwidth or disk space. This way, your account can meet the demands of your website, as it expands and or increases traffic.
• Do I have to register my domain with you?
  At the moment, we don´t offer domain registration, as we prefer to put all of our efforts and resources into what we do best - hosting and web design. We can host any domain, with any registrar. We encourage you to register your domain with whom you choose. We will even help you to change your DNS with other registrars. However, we can arrange a domain name for you through our partners, if you tell us your choice of domain name. You will then receive one annual bill from us for both the web hosting and the domain name.
• Can you host international domains?
  We can host any domain, of any country.
• Can I use my own CGI and PHP scripts?
  Yes, no problem.
